Contest prize for =Seaworm , Youmu Konpaku from Touhou. 
At a certain point I kinda had to change from what I had in mind for the BG (Got problems with my programs), but hopefully it looks good!
Anyways, I really love drawing Youmu! She's both cute and badass and full of energy! She's really fun to draw! ^^
